I did not get my June animal and July came along and took my 20 $$ but again I DID NOT GET MY ANIMAL!!! WHYYY IS IT SO HARD TO GIVE ME MY DANG ANIMAL i PAID FOR!!! I have put in wayyy tooo mmuch money in this game and am furious I can not get this resolved. I have had many issues - losing or never getting rewards, losing all of my masterys but the worst has been not getting the monthly crate/ animal I am supposed to get every month! I have sent many many emails to support in both ways I have but nothing done.
I have left messages but never got a person and certainly no call backs. Incredibly poor customer service! I have been having many issues for months but things have gotten even worse! Really angry that I have had no resolution regardless of the many times I have contacted customer service! many many emails and even tried a phone number that was given to me.
